My ACR is totalled =( As I began to cross an intersection on green, this ahole ran a redlight. I was just shifting to second when I T-boned him. He was going so fast that he flipped his honda crv on it's top. Clearly in the states he would be at fault. In germany however, If YOU hit a vehicle, your at fault or partial fault regardless. My ACR is getting paid off, my insurance rates won't increase, and I get all my aftermarket parts back. I now have to start from scratch on another car with my own money. Life's a bitch. 2005 neon SRT-4 in black on reserve.
UPDATE! My car is still alive, being used by the insurance company as a rental car.
