Welcome to my Renault Le Car page! My '79 Le Car is the ultimate street machine, featuring the ultimate performance in speed and handling alongside the best sounding stereo that anyone can get!

My page is dedicated to my hero, Richard Clark! He is the greatest and smartest man ever! Richard, if you're out there, I want to have your manbabies!

Anyway, lets get on to showcasing this beast of a car. Below is a picture of the awesome 4-cyl performance powerplant!

Some lesser enlightened people would argue that this car is slow, but they're too blinded by the placebo effect along with the lies told to them by the auto industry to realize what real performance is! This engine, after all, is an inline 4-cylinder, just like the engines used in overpriced "high-end performance cars" like the Lotus Turbo Esprit - therefore, it is an equal performer, if not better!

hey asshole (captain150) why dont you mention that the r5 turbo2 with the same engine but turboed and mounted to the reaR gives a 160 hp and can kick your car's ass anytime or even the r5 alpine the same as this which is the same as this model but only tricked out by alpine for renault will do the same

So every car with a 4 cylinder is equal in power? I beg to differ, the 4 cylinder in a 2004 Cavalier has 140 horsepower. The 4 cylinder in your POS likely has about 60-70 horsepower. See the difference? In fact, Renault is known for having ridiculously underpowered cars (remember the dauphine? It came standard with 19 horsepower!!) so you car may have even less than 60 horsepower.

I've got a '78 and it sounds like, and smells, (and handles and has the acceleration of) a lawnmower. Anyways, the point is that Le Cars rock, and I envy yours because it has a sunroof (mine has a roof rack - way lame)
