Performance Upgrades

Above are picutes of the now installed exhaust setup that includes a RK Sport 4-2-1 header, Magnaflow Carsound OBD II high flow catalytic converter, Heartthrob cut out, and a Flowmaster 40 series delta flow muffler and exhaust tip. This was all done the last week of March and was raced in the Nebraska Region SCCA solo event on the 30th.
In this photograph of the engine bay you can see my RK Sport polished high flow intake and the Jet-Hot coated valve cover that I installed. Visible towards the top of the photo is my Vibrant performance type V strut tower bar. In the the lower section you can see my carbon fiber throttle cover by RK Sport and the Optima Red Top battery as well.
Detail shot of the Jet-Hot sterling® coated valve cover installed and shiny.
Close up of the Optima red top starting battery and my carbon fiber fuse box cover from RK Sport. Also visible in the picuture is the matching brake resivor cover and My AEM clutch reservoir bracket.
In this photograph you can see my resivor cover and red metal and polyurethane upper motor mount replacement all from RK Sport. I also have polyurethane lower motor and transmission mounts installed as well.
To the left is a picture of my Addco rear swaybar that I had powder coated flat black by Great Plains Polymers. I also ordered some more Prothane bushings to replace the set that was included with the bar.
This is a picture of the Tokico D-spec front strut and Tokico lowering spring. The struts adjust both bound and rebound when you turn the adjustment knob using the provided tool and the car sits about an inch and five eights lower than stock.
The matching rear setup.
This is the throttle body that was taper bored by REVECO.
A close up of my oil pressure gauge sender install. Near the center of the image you can see where I removed the plug in the cylinder head to install a brass adapter connected to the braided steel line. On the far right side you can see the sender mounted to the firewall with a pipe clamp and the braided steel line going into it.
Lower control arm, end link, and swaybar D bushings all have been replaced with Prothane polyurethane.
