Decisions! Decisions! The rear-end. We need an IRS. The Thunderbird SC 8.8? Not bad, but a lot of work.
Finally decided on the Dana-based Jaguar complete IRS. Pull the original Talon IRS, cut the trunk and whatever else is necessary, weld up any brackets and go! Yeah right. This will not be easy at all.
Here's the original IRS in the Talon.

I want to get to a rolling chassis, really I do. That will require the Jag rear and the front end modified or replaced to a spindle setup.
