Hi:

Came across you 1985 Trans Am, Very Nice!!!! I also have a 1985 Trans Am as well with LG4, Black with tha same stripes. My TA is 95% restored to Original GM with a few mods that look stock. I have a few questions for you regarding the L69 option on your Trans Am. I have made some mods to my trans with, purchased the Dual Snorkel air cleaner some time ago, revamped the Carburator and exhaust to make it look like the the HO engine, including the HO decals. I was told that the HO option has another Decal or Emblem in the interior of the car. I would like to know if this is true and what type of emblem is it ????

If you are interested in the Daytona 500 Pace Car heritage of these cars, let me know. I am trying to put together a 50th Daytona 500 Pace Car reunion in 2008 of the actual Pace Cars used in the race and Pace Car Editions.
