Hey guys this is my 1994 Grand Cherokee. It started out bone stock, with 94,000 miles when I purchased it. It has the NP249 all-time 4wd transfercase, an automatic transmission, and the 5.2L V8. I added a K&N Filter, 3" exhaust, with carsound cat and 3" magnaflow. After this, I added a 2" teraflex BB lift and Up Country Coils and Skidplates. Next came American Racing 767 wheels with 31x10.50 BF Goodrich Mud Terrains and an ARB Bull Bar. Recently the AR 767's were swapped for Ultra Type 62s. I also just finished mounting 4 KC Daylighters up on the roof. 
Soundwise, I've got a JVC KD-S680 deck, kenwood speakers in the doors, infiniti tweeters, a JBL BP1200.1 amp/digital top capacitor pushing two Fosgate Punch HX2 12s in a box built by me. Check out the new pics of the amp rack/false floor
NEW STUFF: I swapped out my 12s for 3 MTX 10s and a Kenwood Excelon 500w amp. I also added an Alpine V12 150 watt amp powering 2 Kenwood 6x9s.
