I happen to own a 1983 950L Ford Fiesta (assembled in Germany). I bought it from it's second owner in may 2001, and it was in "good enough to travell" condition. After long hours in the shop, and multiple cash, the car is in top mechanical condition, and it's interior wouldn't be that bad if it didn't have to survive a robbery attempt, where the burglar managed to destroy everything under the steering wheel, including the switch. The car has it's original engine, and it manages 120 km/h with no problem at all. Here is a pic of my ride in a snowy day.
