As you guys know, this began as just a replacement for my Saturn, and something to modify.
� � But, this 240 has quickly become my favorite project yet!
At first, the plan was to turn this stock 240 into an almost completely JDM Sil80. Well, I got to thinking how much more unique it would be to do a Skyline conversion instead of a Silvia.
So, I talked to the guys at this company down in GA that imports cars from Japan, and they told me for a a little less than $5k, I could get an R32 GTR front clip (w/ includes RB26DETT - Twin Turbo/Tranny/AWD Drivetrain/etc.)
While I wanted the skyline front end, and the power of the RB26 - I didn't want the extra weight of the 6-cylinder.
So, I settled with this decision : R32 GTS-t front end conversion, S13 RHD/interior, they don't have any CA18's in stock tho - so I can either wait til they get one in, get a redtop SR20 now, or pay a couple extra bills and get a blacktop SR20 (decisions, decisions).

Alright, here is the update as of the new year.
Here are the parts that I either have in my possesion or have already ordered.
They are as follows : JDM Silvia Drift front bumper,
millenium sides and rear,
RPS13 Taillight "conversion" (by conversion, i mean vinyl that covers up my turn signals & the center garnish - then I turn one of my brake lights into turn signals
,
full H4 HID conversion (to get rid of those gay ass sealed beams)(installed)
,
front and rear strut bars(front installed),
18" ADR sokudo's, Tein coilovers, S14 5-lug conversion, stupid APC cigarette lighter ($15)(I smoke and don't have the original lighter), and I have started making the fiberglass dash, console, glovebox replacement.
My digital cam was stolen and the cam on my phone went to shit, so the only pics i have right now are the stock photos, but I guess thats better than nothing.

Well, it's been 3 months since I nearly died and destroyed my beloved satty. So I figure it's time to start a new project.
I knew I wanted to do something creative with a RWD nissan, I just wasn't sure what. I like to be different, do something most people don't. Most people modify Honda's - I modified a Saturn (and smoked honda's).
So I decided to build one of my favorites cars - a sileighty. This would involve merging a silvia s13 and a 180sx - but, shipping is a bitch! So I decided to merge an s13 wth a 240. I mean, it's pretty much the same damn thing, right? the only diff. is that the title will say 240sx, and this way I don't have to register a japanese car.
NEwayz, here are 3 pics of the stock 240 i bought as the donor car. It is the first automatic I have ever owned, but don't worry - when it's done it'll be RHD/5-speed.

I have Konig hood pins installed ( not for the ricer purpose - the latch is screwed up so they're legitimate).
To add to the ricer effect I put the biggest damned aluminum wing I could find on the car. This fucker is soo huge, that there is only one small strip maybe 2 inches in height that you can see through out the rearview mirror. Of course, this isn't going to stay on there forever, just for the winter while it's parked and I'm driving my Audi.

FOR THE RECORD... MY SATURN WAS TOTALED IN JULY, WHICH INVOLVED THE VEHICLE GETTING WRAPPED AROUND A TREE. I HAD PICS UP ON MY WEBSITE, BUT THEY GOT DELETED ALONG WITH THE SITE ITSELF.
I WILL PUT SOME PICS UP FOR ALL OF YOU TO SEE.
I have now started a nissan silvia project.
