This is the homepage for my Sport Cross. I still own it, but do not drive it a whole lot anymore. Instead, this pimpin ride is driven mostly by my mother-in-law. Being a 60-year old woman, I figured that she wouldn't really enjoy driving with a rigid-stiff suspension, loud exhaust, and all that, but she loves it!

I parked right in front of Pike Place Public Market in downtown Seattle for this pic. This is a pretty busy part of town, so I had to take this one late at night (as you can tell by the neon clock in the background). I especially like the lighting effect with the wet cobble stones. Since then, I've swapped out the front side marker lenses with clear ones.

Volk 18" GT-7. After this pic was taken, I also got the center caps, which IMHO enhance the look. I'm glad that this isn't a high-res image, b/c then you'd be able to see the curb rash on these once-pristine wheels! I've also installed a set of Eibach springs , but all the pics were taken before that.

JDM grille. I actually prefer the TRD one, but it doesn't match as nicely with the silver paint.

This aluminum heat shield, made by Pro Lex Performance , is one of my favorite parts. It shields the header exhaust heat from my air intake. I haven't dyno'd to see if it boosts the HP, but with the shield installed, my Injen intake definitely doesn't feel as hot to the touch as it used to without the shield.

Pictured here are the Injen Gen-3 intake , JIC front strut bar, the full IPT carbon fiber cover kit (I usually drive with the factory cam cover though, b/c I'm concerned about the heat generated under it), and TRD oil/radiator caps. Not visible in this pic are the PLP heat shield or radiator panel.

I also installed a new solid aluminum short antenna recently, which looks nicer than the wiry stock antenna. Last but not least, I highly recommend that anyone with a pre-2003 model upgrades the cup holder to the 2003 OEM one. For less than $20 bucks, it's well worth it to avoid spilled drinks.

As far as video/audio system, to date I've just installed the Blaupunkt Chicago in-dash DVD player/LCD monitor .

Awesome SportCross! The mods look great, and I love the picture of your car in downtown Seattle.
