The new console. System consists of a Pioneer 940 headunit, a Pioneer 12-disc CD changer, a Pioneer 6-disc CD changer, two JBL 80.4 and one JBL 1200.1 amplifiers, three Infinity Perfect 12.1d. subwoofers, two sets of Infinity Perfect 6.1, Alumpro 15 farad cap, lots of blue LEDs and blue neon, Optima Yellow top battery, tons of 0 gauge and 4 gauge and 8 gauge and 12 gauge all from KnuKonceptz. The system was designed for the best sound and yet still have overwhelming bass for shows. Since there is no rear seats and since it is illegal to have a movie display in the view of the driver, I saw no reason to have a DVD player as a head unit. Hence my choice for a higher end head unit that has lots of control of equalization, crossovers, and level adjustments. For best sound quality only front speakers were used (when you go to a concert, where does the sound come from?) In the dash, there is a separate level control for the subwoofer's amplifier. Normally the subwoofer's level (and crossover point) is turned way down for sound quality but can quickly be turned up to do hearing damage, lol.
