Hey guys. This is my 87 Olds. I stole it for $1700 a couple years ago. It had the original 307 with 70,000 miles on it. I pulled it and dropped in a Chevy 406 for a short time before coming across a nice 455 in the paper. The old man who had it before me kept all details on ownership on 3x5 cards, every new tire, every tie rod end, every oil change. This car was babied since new. I have been doing the same thing. After a balance problem on the LF wheel was fixed, the car floats down the highway at 80, you can steer it with one finger it's so smooth. And the 455 is basically a torque machine, hitting the gas at 90 is like a normal car taking off from a dead stop. Passing 3 tractor trailers in a row is nothing to this car. I wish the a/c and cruise was working, but that's what my other car is for.
