turbo would be worthless on the 2200 2.2l 4 banger. If you are serious about your S10 and want an easy 300+ hp, with only spending about 2G's cause the turbo your looking at 3 grand for the turbo it self, including oil pumps, fabricating exhaust lines, and trying to figure out how to mount the turbo on the intake, and still have clearance to run the oil lines back down to your oil pan... Go with either a 350 or 305, a 350 would be best and cost pretty much the same. Port polish heads, 3 angle valve job, port polish intake manifold, and you'll love the sound of 350 cubic inches of raw horses under the hood, and if you do, go with edelbrock over holley, unless you enjoy retuning your carb, every day...
