WIRING
Say hello to my little friend. This is one of my endless Optima wiring setups under the hood. If you are looking at it right now it has probably been changed already anyway.
One gauge goes out from under the engine compartment, goes underneath the car through copper pipe and enters the cabin through the stock rubber gasket into the cabin of the car.
Alternator is rebuilt by DC Dave to have a output of 180Amps with smaller pulley. Four gauge goes to the battery.
All the wires are protected in one way or the other. I preffer to use expanding sleeving for various reasons.
