SuperflySTi's 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX

I present to you, my 2002 World Rally Blue WRX. I bought it off of my buddy after he smashed the front end in. A lot of work has been done since I first created this page.

I think that carbon fiber is the coolest thing since the Twinky. So I will be trying to tastefully get as much onto, and into, my car as possible. Here you can see my Seibon carbon fiber hood, Seibon carbon fiber front lip, and STi carbon fiber sidemarkers. You can also see the JDM STi projector headlights and STi grill. I also have the stock foglights with yellow Lamin-X protective film.

There is also a Seibon carbon fiber rear lip on the back. You can see how the end of the Tanabe exhaust fits nice into the slot in the lip. The Tanabe has a great sound, it almost sounds like a street bike. When the money becomes available I will get a carbon fiber trunk lid.

Leaving no spot untouched by carbon fiber, I added some to the engine compartment as well. I have an LNR Enterprises carbon fiber kit that includes an alternator cover, boost solenoid cover, and oil cap. There is also an APR carbon fiber cooling plate on top of the radiator. Im not sure if it actually does anything, but it looks nice.

I finally decided on Bronze 18" by 7.5" 5Zigen FN01R-Cs rims with 5Zigen's aluminum race lug nuts. I have them on 225/40/18 Toyo Proxes RA-1 tires, and the car is lowered with Tanabe coil-overs. They are very nice and handle very well. Behind the rim you can see my StopTech Big Brake Upgrade with stainless lines. Let me tell you, there is a big difference between these and the OE brakes.

The Tanabe springs lowered it almost pefect and the bronze rims match the factory World Rally Blue very nice. I plan on adding carbon fiber side skirts to make the front and rear lip flow together better. In addition to the springs I also added Cusco front and rear strut tower bars for added handling.
