this is my custome cold air intake, Before the Turbo. it started out as a one piece cold air for an integera. with some cutting of the intake and a bracket on the MAS AIR, the filter is now in the fender. definatly made a difference. really sounds great as well, especially when my High lift Miata cams hit the power ban.
this is my engine. the reason the head is off cause the copper head gasket was made improperly, and leaked so i had to ship it back.
also you can see the Weisco forged turbo pistons. they were milled down from 9:1 to 8:1. and micro pollished to perfection. then theres the ARP head studs
then you can see the blow proof O rings in the block. you know this engine is going to handle alot. i was told it could take 600 HP pretty easly
this is the under side of the head with a not so great pic of the sodium filled 3 angle valves. but a good pic of the returning end of thoes O rings.
This motor is about to kick the bucket so a new one is being Built. a nice 2.0L BP turbo.
-with an overbore piston of .060" and 8.6:1 Forged turbo pistons
-BP stage 5 Race Cams 286duration and 11.38lift that will rev happily to 8600 RPM
-Eibach EVS valve springs
-ss backcut 1mm overbore intake and exhaust valves
-Carillo H-beam Rods
-High flow oil pump
-high flow water pump from a GTR
-Aluminum 10 lb CS flywheel
-Turbo head gasket
-Coupled with a SDS Fuel Management unit and Wideban 02
Pluss a lot of other things i have sitting around like
-Custom aluminum intake manifold
-direct port NOS
-Ground Controls With custom rates
-J-Spec solid 20mm rear sway
-MS 2way LSD for the rear end
Just too many things to list
oh and a VF10 for now untill the VF12 arrives.
