1998 Toyota 4Runner SR5

patywgn's 1998 Toyota 4Runner

this is my current ride, and i'm counting on having it for a VERY long time.

the color is Desert Dune Metallic, and it's so nice. here is a list of things that i've done so far:

Exterior:
'02 Multi-Reflective Headlights
'02 Multi-Reflective Taillights and Corner lights
'02 Chrome Grille (also Satoshized my '98 when i feel like sporting it)
Blacked out bumper signal lights
Tacoma Skid Plate (dress up)
Removed running boards (beefy)
Rear License Plate Surround color matched
SR5 badges on sides (why should Limiteds have all the fun?)
TRD Off-Road stickers on sides (why should Tacomas have all the fun?)
Vent Visors
'06 Tacoma 5-Spoke Wheels
265/75/16 BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/As
Toyota Bug Deflector
Stainless "4Runner" license plate frames
Undercoated
Powdercoated Tow Package (started to rust)
Cheapo front mud flaps

Engine:
3.4LV6 Automatic
NGK Wires (RC-TE66)
NGK Iridium plugs
Deck Plate Mod
Elbow Removed
Amsoil Air Filter (TS-115)
TRD Billet Aluminum Oil Cap (pretty)
TRD Cat Back Exhaust (total crap, soon to be replaced)

Interior:
MagLite D Cell on passenger side
'99+ Center Console Upgrade (Thanks Bob!)
Wheelskins steering wheel cover
Driver's Side upper grab handle
Alpine SPS-170A 6.5" speakers in all four doors
Alpine CD/MP3/WMA head unit

Misc:
FIAMM Air Horn with switch to go back to stock horn (people think it's a Farrari)
ABS Disable Switch (for people who like being in control of their vehicle)
Toyota Neck Pillows (more like middle-vertabrae pillows)

Future Mods / Wish List

-Sonoran Steel OEM Lift
-Addco Swaybars
-Bushwacker Flares
-Sport Hood w/scoop
-TRD Automatic Transmission Cooler
-TRD Supercharger (oooh yea!)

Nice ride man. Really like the 2oo2 headlight & grill conversion. Let me now if that just bolted because I was thinking of doing the same on my 98 4Runner.
