My other toys

Well I know this is CarDomain, but I have recently bought a new toy & thought that I would share it with the world also.
I have searched for a BikeDomain but have had no success. So here are some photos of my 2003 Suzuki GS500 & Suzuki GSX-R 1000
This Suzuki GS500 was my first bike I have ever owned so my car was feeling a little bit of neglect. When I put my car in to get the engine done, I was alternating on which bike I would be taking to work or out with friends. Since I got the car back, there was not enough room in the garage for 2 bikes & a car, so I decided to let the GS500 go. Before I did, I got to take some nice shots of her: -
Here are the stats on the engine: -
Engine:487cc, 4-stroke, Twin cylinder, DOHC, 8-valve, air cooled
Starter:Electric
Trans:6-Speed
Front suspension: Telescopic, oil damped, spring preload adjustable
Rear suspension: Link type, spring preload adjustable
Front brakes: 4-piston callipers, disc
Rear brakes: Twin-piston calliper, disc
Seat height: 790mm
Wheelbase: 1,405mm
Length: 2,080mm
Width: 820mm
Height: 1,080mm
Dry weight: 173kg
Fuel capacity: 20.0L
Now, here is my other bad boy, which I purchased in September 2004. I bought it brand new from the same dealer where I got the GS500 in 2003, so they looked after me with the price.
And yes, both bikes were photographed at the same place. It is one of my favourite destinations about 10 mins drive from my place.
Here are the two of them trying to get along in my garage.
Here are some of the latest pics of my GSX-R1000. I have added some aftermarket parts and am playing around with the color scheme...

As you can see, I have taken off the decals to see how it would look. I have been thinking of putting some flames on the fairing, but I have not decided yet. I might just end up putting the decals back on.

Here is a shot of the new Yoshimura RS-3 exhaust system. I put this on a couple of weeks ago.
I have gone on a huge Carbon Fibre kick, and installed the following: -
Carbon Fibre Turn Signals - Front & Rear
Carbon Fibre Bar Ends
Carbon Fibre Brake & Clutch lever

Just a quick couple of pics of the bike with the new decals:
