Here you see the difference between the normal Hyperboost( left unit) and the Hyperboost HX ( right unit )

The result is that the Hyperboost HX is quicker on the throttle than the normal Hyperboost. And is a must for chipped cars for holding the boost longer than the standaard unit and the normal Hyperboost

Found the time and money to update the cars ECU T7. Tuned to deliver a 40-45 hp more to the wheels. it feels great the response is rapid and ingear accelaration
is more than i axpected.
Take the car to the german autobahn to discover to car topspeed. Doing well over 140mph/240kmh the turbo pressure was gone
travelling with only half turbo pressure back home i discovered that the forge dumpvalve had died. Checking the website of stratmosphre.com i have ordered a new hyperboost XP valve ( pictures will follow)
Power output will be
230 bhp Stock engine
10 bhp Exhaust+race cat.
5 hp Pipercross filter
45 hp Update Ecu T7
10 hp Delivery pipe
--------
300 hp Total

installed a heatshield for the pipercross airfilter.
first i made a cardboard sample

then i made a steel plate thick 1mm and some brackets

and placed some heatshield cloth over the plate

after installing the plate i took it for a ride the result is better then expected. after a hour of hard driving the airfilter and samco hose on the left of the steel plate were cool while the samco hose on the right of the steel plate was almost as hot as the engine. te net result is cooler air in the airfilter during a long and hard drive

delivery pipe from the intercooler to the fuel throttle only two in the world. made specialy by abbott racing england
big three inch/ 76mm air pipe

installed on the car it revs very quickly from 2000 up to 6500 revs

also took a standaard intake pipe and polished and wrap it with heat reflecting cloth

you realize that you can't add the individual hp gains to calculate a total hp...right? take your car to a dyno.

I hope that you painted a regular black 9-3 dash panel. If you painted the stock Viggen dash, that was a rare item with a retail of 1200+ USD.
