The factory stereo had been abused, so I installed my own. I put in all Alpine products because they are the best. As you can see that they are antiques, but I won first place in a local stereo competition.
Up front is a tape deck with a CD changer. Under that is an 11 band graphic EQ. Under the little cubby hole, I stuffed my CD changer. This kept it within reach and did not take up any room. As you can see it is well hidden. The doors have a set of 6.5" componant speakers. The 6.5" and tweeter are behind a custom made grill. There is a set of 5.25" componant speakers in the rear side. One amplifier runs them. The other amplifier runs the two 12's. The installation was done by myself. It is not perfect, but it is better than what I have seen. This summer I plan on redoing my stereo. This time I will have pictrues of the progress. I have also added an oil pressure, as well as a temperature gauge. Can never be too sure.
