The Stillen FTSB and RSTB once installed.
Progress RSB:
After some reading, the FTSB was one of the first mods to do to MAXIMA's. They where right! The FTSB, RSTB and RSB improve greatly the cornering performance of my car. I cannot say that the RSTB is or isn't necessary cause I installed them at the same time, but the whole car is much more stiff. Add the drop(see below) and every can take corner much faster and is really more stiff.

Y-pipe: Budget exhaust one: Installed it in about 2hour (damm rusted nuts) and I can really see the difference! It really pull harder! the best 250CAD$ i've spent

A shot after all polished parts installed (stillen FSTB and RSTB(not shown), batterie tie-down, relay box cover(home made)) (took about 144hr to polished everything by myself:when you got nothing to do in winter, you polish things :D ) except the radiator bar:
Short throw shifter: Got not pic, but I can assure you that CustomMaxima STS are a great part and cheap($$)
The adjustment is just unbelievable: Got it at about 1/4" before the maximum adjustment and gear go in real well with a amazing shorter throw! I've tryed the maximum adjustment but it's too hardcore for me! Just to mention: it's really a Short THROW and SHORT shifter; i.e: the shifter as well as been adjustable, he's about 1" shorter :D
