I recently discovered this 1973 Coronet on Craigslist and made a purchase.  Its prior owner rebuilt the car mechanically almost 100% but was unable to complete his project before he died unexpectedly.  So I'm finishing what he started.  He had already rebuilt the engine "318/904 package" primarily stock with .030 over, Edelbrock performer 4bbl intake, dual "H" exhaust with turbo muflers.  MSD dual point ignition.  He did a great job on the engine and spent a little extra installing polished aluminum pulleys and altenator and went with dual electric fans.  He never had the opportunity to install the carb so the car hasnt been started since the rebuild in 2001.  He luckily filled the engine completely full with a silicone lubricant to preserve it.  I've had to go over it with a fine tooth comb trying to find the items that were unfinished such as hoses, belts, clamps, tranny lines, fuel tank install, wire harness etc.  I've almost got everything complete with the exception of purchasing and installing a new Fuel Tech 680 Carburator that I'm picking up next month.  Going to be exciting cranking her up for the first time.  I hope the ole' guy is watching.....Will keep updating as I go.....
