Here is my BMW 750i owned by me for almost four years, after a search for over twelve months to find her. The subject of a full Concours rolling restoration. Running on Style 37 M-parallel 8 and 9.5 x 18 with 235/40 and 265/35 Avon ZZ3 rubber, brand new in July 2005 I have added front crystal and side clear indicators replaced some corroded fuel pipes given her a full service gearbox internal inspection and service. I replaced the (original) Boge struts with new Boge inserts and a pair of matched factory springs, next task to renew the rear springs and top mounts.
the other pictures show her on the 8&9 x 17 Style 42 2-piece bolted cross spokes these were added in Winter 2003. Feb 2004 added a private plate that ends in "750" to add to the overall appearance. My latest additions are M-Tech pedals and a set of new chrome trims for the rear bumper. I recently fitted a manual rear blind with high level stop light and a 10" Subwoofer in the boot/trunk. I was very keen to buy the jewel rear lights as soon as they were released and fitted them in January 2006. Next addition is going to be Xenon headlamps the 8000K H1 conversions, and a full update of the entire hifi speaker system
The above are taken in late July 05
The above pictures were taken December 03 This picture was taken June 03 A picture of my four pot conversion from a BMW 850CSi fills out nice behind the 18" rims. Fitted November 2005
I just added the brand new Jewel rear lights I believe I was the first person in the UK to get hold of them Here are the crystal clear fronts with Diadem bulbs
Here is the engine and some interior shots.
Here are some shots of the work on the chassis to clean her up, after twelve years the muck had really filled into the plastic sill covers to I cleaned Kurust any exposed stell like Jacking points, then hammerite painted all metalwork then Waxoyl just for piece of mind.
Finally sold the e32 and here is the first pic of the replacement my 97 e38 750i Sport. More to follow.
