Here's a concept rendering of the bodywork being done to the vert right now. Over the past few months, we've went a slightly different route on a couple things, but the scheme is basically the same. I can't wait till it's done! I'll post more pics.
The paint is done! I'm just waiting for the carbon to be done on the hood, and I should be able to bring her home, and start with the engine install. You can't see it(camera phone pics), but we went from gold to candy orange on the stripe separating the 2 colors. The silver is an optic silver that changes shades in different light, and the black has a ever so slight metallic fleck to it. I'll get better pics up when I get her home.
And update on the engine building :
I've done a LOT more machine work with the engine, so it should be one hell of a screamer when the build is done. I'm aiming for about 20-24psi when it's all done. Hopefully my turbo can put out those kinds of numbers!
Time for change again. So the last engine(page 2) was pretty mean, but I'm craving a bit more power. How's 200hp+ sound in a 1700lb car? Here's some of what I just got for it, should be ready by springtime 2007. I just bought a house with an attached heated garage, so it should be getting some extra work this winter!
