v8nutz's 1990 Mazda Miata The illness has also spread to other species, before the Miata there was Frankenbike. I had a 93 Suzuki DR350 that I couldn't leave well enough alone. It started with a 435 big bore and port job, then I got the crazy idea to put the 4 stroke DR motor in a 94 Kawasaki 125 chassis. It took 6 months and hundreds of hours of fabrication, the frame was re-built from the headstock to the swing arm pivot, including a dry sump oil resevoir in the frame and a scratch built aluminum gas tank. It's the funnest dirt bike I've ridden, pretty light at 242 lbs.

v8nutz's 1990 Mazda Miata My 67 Camero, i wanted it to be perfect, spent a full year on the body work, painted it in my carport. Sadly i sold it last year, it was like having a super model for a wife, you worry what she's doing when you're not with her, and when you are with her she's high maintenance. The Miata is more fun, the classic just gave me stress.

v8nutz's 1990 Mazda MiataStripped the whole car to bare metal, primed with epoxy primer before body work started.

v8nutz's 1990 Mazda MiataAfter color sand the white stripe was added and then the car was carefully buffed.

v8nutz's 1990 Mazda MiataThis is my V8 S-10, had a mild 87 350 TBI truck motor with a 700R4, i really liked the truck, i added A/C, tilt wheel, cruise, 3:08 gears and Iroc Z wheels. The scoope is off a 67 Camero reproduction cowl hood, so the hood was all steel. It was painted in my carport. Sadly I sold this also, kinda was sorry later.

v8nutz's 1990 Mazda Miata I restored this just to sell it, but it turned out nice, wouldn't do one again, too much work. Never made much money on restoring cars but got a good education on paint and body.

v8nutz's 1990 Mazda Miata Before shot, actually it looks better here than it was.

I love what you have done!! I have read in some posts that the panache kit is not without some problems. i dont like the idea of moving around suspension and steering components as that kit requires. could you email me some info on the ppf modification?

thanx, robert
