INSTALL:

Product: Fan Clutch
Time: 20 mins.
Cost: $80 or so
Outcome: Better cooling, lower engine temps
Note: may experience slight volume increase of fan

I just did this like 10 Mins ago so yeah I figured I would share
And plz do not hate for all those who are gonna say, "just take it off" "It's useless"
Well hey these are for the ppl that like the way there 240 is and wanna replace there old worn one

First here's how it Works:
A thermostatic fan clutch operates the engines cooling fan in a low speed condition when the engine is cold. The clutch senses the temperature of the air passing through the radiator and increases the fans speed. In other words the clutch is slipping until it heats up the gets a better grip resulting in more air flow

This particular replacement fan has a stiffer spring meaning is can operated under lower temp.

OK
1. Remove your intake assembly: Alot easier if you have an CAI

Make Sure to remove all the plugs and hoses

2.Remove The Shroud
You have to Remove 2 10mm Screws at the top holding the shroud to the radiator

Gone

When You Pull The Shroud out you have to sperate the fan assm. from the shroud

3. Remove 4 10mm nuts to remove the Fan Clutch

My97LE's 1995 Nissan 240SX

As you can see One of the threads have come out so besure to have a set of thread locker near by

4. Remove the 4 10mm bolts from the fan to tha clutch

Old Clutch

New One

5. Now transfer the Fan Blades to the new clutch with the new harware

My97LE's 1995 Nissan 240SX

6. now you are ready to re-install the fan and clutch, re-install the shroud and fan the correct way because the fan can only go in one way, bolt the shroud to the radiator, and re-install your Intake assm. and you are done

I saw that you have gauges from auto racing. I went on their site because I want to get their reverse glo gauges for my 95 240sx, but they only do wholesale/business. How is it that you got them to send them to you??
