Taking Him to the streets

Mission Statement:
I am not in it for the speed, the girls, nor the glamour. I am in this for the love of my God and my enthusiasm of cars! And I pray that He can use my passions to reach out to others who do not know Him or whom have fallen away. I?ll lower Heaven while you raise Hell and I?ll meet you in the middle.

One day I felt God telling me to combine my interest in cars and my passions for Him to tell others about Him. The first thing I felt Him telling me to do was to create a Prayer Request thread where people could post prayer requests for any problems, trough times, etc? or any praises that they would like to share. At first I was hesitant about pursuing the idea, but God never let me forget and I gave in! My first Prayer Request thread grew to only around 100 replies, but was very successful in my eyes. One day I was unable to find the thread? so without hesitating a second time, I created a new one. That very thread is still up today. It has grown much larger than the first; up to 31 pages and consisting of over 750 replies!! I have had a few members of the website say that religion has no place on the website; but God supplied me with just the right kind of support. I have seen God work through so many people that have posted in the Prayer Request thread. With each prayer request and praise, God is talking to me through that person and encouraging me. I have had many people send me a personal email or instant message just to tell me how great they think the thread is, to thank me for starting it, and to ask/talk about their situation; all of which have resulted in many new friendships.
The next idea I felt that God was putting on my heart was to take my car to car shows and bring Jesus Christ into an extremely fast growing, diverse, and mostly secular world. After the release of the movies, ?The Fast and The Furious? and its sequel, ?2Fast, 2Furious,? almost anywhere you are you will hear or see cars with mufflers, big rims, spoilers, body kits, loud sound systems, etc? and I know that well over the majority of these men and women do not know Christ or have fallen away. So I want to introduce them! I am a strong believer in letting God winning over each person, not winning them over by trying to scare them or cram my beliefs in their face.

How far this Outreach goes is up to God. I believe He has great things in store for me, whether it is with this ministry or by some other means.
