Been playing with photoshop a bit, here's some stuff I've messed with (original image on left; mod on right):
Made the wood a grey carbon fiber looking color, brightened the speedo and rpm needles and the gear indicator, made the shifter shaft and track gold, darkened the clock, and cleared up some marks on the carpet, shifter, and pedals.
Tinted the windows. Also was playing with rims, but they looked like crap.
