Hmm, I kinda had the same problem before, all I can say is wait a little bit, sometimes the servers act up around here, too much traffic. Just refresh the members home page every 10 seconds and you'll see at least one new ride put up, there's a lot going around here!

The problem with the image uploading is that when I try to upload an image it says this page cannot be displayed then I press back and it (the picture I was trying to upload) shows up as a broken link
