2005 MODELS: CARS I DISLIKE:
BMW Z4 - looks like something that should be stepped on.
BMW 7-Series - UGLY! and too much WHY TECH!
Cadillac XLR - CTS-V performance for $25K more. A CTS-V and a Miata would probably be better value for the same money.
Chevrolet Corvette - Corvettes have never been ugly� until now! Can�t wait for 2105 when the C7 comes out, unless it�s uglier than this�
Chevrolet Impala SS - How DARE they call this plain-looking front-drive car an Impala SS?!?
Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS - See Chevrolet Impala SS
Chrysler Crossfire - Ugly roof and V-6 engine prevent me from liking this car. The convertible is more tolerable, though.
Dodge Charger - Real Chargers have two doors. There have been ugly Chargers before this one, though.
Ferrari 575M Maranello - Most of this car is plain, except the bonnet, which is ugly.
Ford Mustang - Better looking than the '04, which says a lot when one considers the HIDEOUS front-end styling of the '05/'06!
INFINITI:
G35 Coupe - ungainly styling; V-6
G35 Sedan - V-6
M45 - All new car, but it�s an Infiniti, so I�m not really giving it the benefit of the doubt�
Q45 - UGLY! and too much WHY TECH!
JAGUAR:
X-Type - I'm sorry, a Ford Mondeo (Contour to you Yanks) is not a Jaguar.
S-Type - If it had a straight six I would have no major complaints. REAL JAGUARS DO NOT HAVE V-6 ENGINES!
XK8/XKR - Real Jaguars don't have V-8s either!
XJ8/XJR - see XK8/XKR
Lexus ES330 - V-6 & front drive
Lexus IS250/IS350 - Lexus killed their straight-6 and replaced it with V-6s. I wash my hands of them. Especially since they've discontinued the SportCross.
Lexus GS330 - GS300�s straight six being replaced with a V-6!!! Is NOTHING sacred???
Lexus SC430 - This MONSTROSITY replaced the better-looking and more practical SC300/SC400! I HATE retractable hardtops! When will all this Galaxie Sunliner madness stop?
Lincoln Zephyr Another front-drive, V-6 "luxury" car! When will it END???
Mercedes-Benz C-Class V-6 engines.
Mitsubishi Eclipse - UGLY!!! Why can�t they make it look like the FTO?
Morgan Aero 8 - The future of Morgan. BLAH!
Morgan Roadster - Morgan returns to the past, which should be a good thing. A pity they use a V-6, though.
Porsche 911 - There hasn't been a Porsche 911 since 1989, when it was replaced by the 964. The internal model designation has changed four times (964, 993, 996, 997), yet Porsche still calls this a 911. I call that cowardice. On the other hand, at least the 997 looks better than the 996, and almost as good as a 993!
Rolls-Royce Phantom - Regardless of where built or who by, a BMW is not a Rolls-Royce!
SAAB: What were innovative cars are now GM cars. BLAH!
Volkswagen New Beetle - A negation of the original Beetle and an affront to all fans thereof. BLAH!
Volkswagen Phaeton - Why does VW need an S-Class fighter? Isn't that what the Audi A8 is for?
VOLVO: Volvos are rear-drive sedans with square styling. The cars being built in the Volvo factory are front-drive jellybeans. Hence NOT VOLVOS! BLAH!
