SOME PICTURES I TOOK

I took this picture of a Porsche 356 on Barbican Road in Kingston several years ago, long before I bought my bike. I thought this would make a good picture for "P.S." in Road & Track. Unfortunately, I lost the original picture, and I don't think R&T accepts scans...

Four pictures of the most beautiful car in the world: Alfa Romeo Spider! I saw this car in the parking lot at work, so I whipped it out (the camera, that is!) and snapped away!

So there I was at Beans' Cycle Shop on Half Way Tree Road, waiting around the front while my bicycle was being fixed, when I saw a pristine Dodge Charger come charging down the road. Out comes the camera! I get the beast coming and going! Luck happens too, I guess!

Left:These are for Pubi! There are 2CVs in Kingston, but not many... Below: These are black & white scans of colour pictures. The top one is of a Ford Torino at a traffic light in Half-Way-Tree. This was taken several years ago between the closure of Miami Department Store and the starting of a clothing store in the same building. The other two are of a Plymouth parked at a bank. I thought it was a Satellite at the time, but I now think (as others do) that it's really a Duster. These black & white scans remind me a bit of LIFE magazine...
Left: I took this picture on Hope Road. This intersection has a traffic light on it now, but it didn't when this early '60s Lincoln was doing the gangster lean while turning on to Surbiton Road...
