11/29/03 4-Wheelin at the Berryhills... AGAIN!

Unfortunately, due to my clutch slave cylinder hemmoraging the last time, I wasnt able to tackle the creek. Now that I had all of that fixed, this was my chance!

I descended the enbankment with no issues.. a few scrapes here and there... not too shabby...

I tried to ascend the sandy enbankment several times. At one point, I made it 3/4 of the way up, but my rear tires dug a bit hole, and I couldnt finish my ascent.

I then realized I would have to ascend the same rocky enbankment as descended from. The first try got me 1/2 of the way up... I used very little tall skinny pedal. The second try got me up and out, but my tranny kicked out of 1st gear, and I descended the enbankment again... BACKWARDS!!

After a quick checkover, I decided I should get out of there before I damaged my rig good!

The first try didnt even get me 1/4 of the way up, so I decided if I wanted out of there, I better just mash it!

I got out of the creek again this time, but I made no haste in getting away from the edge!

Its a good thing, too.. My rig ran out of gas just 1.. maybe 2 minutes later! I poured some of the nastiest gas I had ever seen into my tank to get myself home!

Josh is gonna shit himself when he sees that my little Patrol with 31x10.50's tackled the same creek his blazer with 33x12.50's tackled!

Carnage Report: A bad taste in my Patrol's mouth and a few scrapes on the undercarriage. "Tsunami" did GREAT!!

Thinking about the 4.3 V6 Swap And yoda axles I hate to get rid of the locker I just added but I think the 4.3 might be alittle much for the upgraded stock axles your Patrol is awesome Keeping the older rides rolling and going places there show and go highway 4 by wont ever see

Nice Patrol. I've never heard of a Patrol before, I didn't even know Nissan was in North America in the '60s. Anyways it's a real nice truck and your off roading pics are sweet. Keep up the good work on your Nissan. Sign my g-book. Thanks!

Nice old Patrol. My brother had one once and it was fun to drive with the top off. I've got an old cruiser that doesn't see half as much action as your patrol does. "Keep on Truck'n"
