Interior Design Outline
Now for the interior, here is what we have in mind... A complete redesign.
We are revising the ergonomics, steering column, heat, vent and A/C system, lighting, door and cargo panels, console, audio and seating.
The Dash:
We started over. We fabricated a new dash blank panel laser cut to our design, through our friends at BC Broncos. They are one of the best Bronco parts specialists, and have been very helpful on this project.

Our rough fit....

We designed a neat CNC'ed stainless dash panel for the gauge. The Gauge, designed by me and Camilo with the help of Dakota Digital and Nike. We also designed a matched stainless glovebox panel. All dash switches are CNC'ed stainless, then knurled on our vintage lathe, engraved, and enameled.

For the interior of the doors, We designed some neat door panels. Laser cut 3/16" Volcanic Black powder coated trim over ribbed stainless steel sheet metal, with exposed aircraft stainless steel hardware. Sandwiched Chilewich textile in the lower sections. Rear cargo panels designed to match, with integrated speaker, amp and bass mounts, plus another power port.

CNC'ed dor pull buckets and window regulators from Nix Tricks, plus we designed some neat alloy CNC'ed door lock knobs to replace the tacky stock plastic ones!

Underhood, we added some neat machined details as well. We designed a plaque for the fornt of the engine, in stainless. We fabricated a large stainless plate that will be acid etched and enameled. It will display the information and serial number of the truck.

With all of the elements coming together, we decided to render the truck in CGI to get a feel for the collective design. Whatta ya think?
Do you have a favorite version? I am a fan of the uncut fender versions, but we rendered it for you guys that prefer the cut look too! It was a BIG engineering challenge for us to achieve full suspension travel with the 33's without cutting those fenders, but we did it!

For the cutters.......
