So I suppose it is time to give you an idea of the specifications and design plans we have in store for this ICON Bronco.....
Mechanical Design Outline
Chassis

We always have partnered with our dear friends at Art Morrison for our ICON Chassis designs. So this time was no exception. The target is a mandrel bent 2x4 .180" wall US Steel ladder frame, with laser cut 3/16" and 1/4" braces and brackets, all built on a dedicated chassis table.

Suspension

Triangulated four link rear, three bar front with Panhard. .50" wall steel control arms, TIG welded, with one-ton Johnny Joints. Tunable rear sway bar. We teamed with Fox Racing for our Mil-Spec Nitrogen charged shocks with remote canisters, and with Eibach for the coils.
Steering

Tom Lee designed 3/4 ton arms and ends to a short, flat pitman arm. Sean Hyland Motorsports supplied us with their nifty power steering pump solution, which we will compliment with a Lee alloy remote can.

Axles

Dynatrac is our axle partner. So we designed platform specific axles for this Bronco. Dana 60 based, ProRock D60 high pinion rear, Dana 44 based front with Superior axles and Warn manual hubs.
Brakes

Stoptech is our brake system partner. Here we utilized our Sport Brake sydtem with six piston front private label CNC'ed calipers, four piston rears, and 15" front rotors with 14" rears, both with T4041 floating hats. Dedicated parking brake, all stainless steel plumbing. ABS master cylinder, which requires no vacuum for power assist!

Engine

2011 Ford Coyote 5.0 V8 engine, currently found in the new Mustang GT. With 412 horsepower and 390 lb-ft. of torque, this engine promises drivers plenty of giddyup behind the wheel. Special Twin Independent Variable Camshaft Timing technology is also present for increased engine efficiency, bolstering overall fuel efficiency, which allows the vehicle a respectable 25 MPG average. We also designed a small stainless steel and enameled badge for the front of the engine.
Transmission

Aisin Warner AX-15 five speed manual, as used in our ICON FJ series.
Transfer Case
Part time 4x4, shift-on-the-fly Atlas II. 3/4 ton drive shafts.

HVAC
The latest and greatest from our friends at Vintage Air, the Gen V. Aircraft machined and annodized swivel vents, in-dash.

Electrical
Painless Performance system based, re-worked and hand soldered.
All LED lighting, inside and out, including military aircraft LED map lights on the dash, and maribe micro LED's in stainless housings for interior lighting.

Keyless push to start system, with RF fob.
12V power ports, front and rear.
Dakota Digital analog monocle gauge cluster inspred by the original yet re-designed by me and Camilo.

Wiper system-
The stock one sucked, and was so ugly. So we partnered with the leading supplier of hot rod and vintage car wiper system designs, Newport Wipers, to co-design a three speed system with delay and wash. A neat detail about our design is that it will fit any year Bronco with no drilling or modifications!

Audio
Parrot headunit with Andriod OS. JL audio bass, Focal speakers (6). All integrated into interior panels with custom grills.
Fuel System
As there was no full sized tank for the Bronco designed as a sealed system, with roll over valves, in tank pump and full baffles, we teamed up with our friends who helped design our other IOCN fuel systems, Transfer Flow.

Cooling System
Dense core, four row aluminum welded radiator with Spal fan and shroud, designed with our partners at Griffin.
