Here's the two graphs re-plotted to scale using Excel. I believe the dent in the hp/tq curve around 4,000rpm is a result of too little timing in the Rapid Motorsports tune (only 25 degrees of timing when it should be ~27 degrees). Hopefully, I'll have this issue resolved come Spring 2007.
