So this is the 75.
It weighs in at just over 5150 pounds according to various sources. Even at that weight it can get out of it's own way thanks to the 500ci 8.2L V8.
The 500 is rated at 190HP@4000rpm and 380tq@2000, but on a modern engine dyno it would produce around 300hp and 490ft.lbs. stock. The 500 is backed by the rock solid TH400 3-speed automatic transmission.
It's 19'4" long, 6'8" wide, and has a 10'10" (130") wheelbase. It's riding on the 9" wide, 15" diameter stock wheels. It needs about 21 inches of chrome I know.
This model has a light brown cloth interior and a power adjustable 60/40 split bench seat. Options include a power antenna, power locks, power windows, cruise control, and an 8 track. It will get a fully redone interior eventually.
Sometime in 09-10 I will be rebuilding the motor and transmission. I plan to run forged pistons and rods with 76cc heads for 12.5:1 compression, a modified stock intake, headers w/ 3" dual exhaust, and a ~.600 lift cam running E85. Once reassembled, the car will be getting a much needed vinyl top delete and full paint job. Then a bit later on, I'll either run a 300 shot of nitrous or just maybe an 8-71 blower.
At that point I'll probably have to run a Ford 9" rear - although the current oddball Cadillac rear looks like it's out of a semi (well, almost,) I haven't been able to source a limited slip differential for it. If anyone knows where I might find a service package posi and a rebuild kit, please let me know.
This was my friends 94 3.1 Corsica several years ago:
This is version 2 of the hood scoops... The car is long gone, but the memories will be around forever.
