This is the ongoing process of the enclosure and new floor for the hatch area.
I made a mold of the floor out of MDF. When I finished, I cut out a shape from the floor to start the enclosure. When it's finished it will fit in like a puzzle.

Ring mounted to the base. I mis-calculated the angle so the magnet barely hits the back of the enclosure. Of course nothing ever goes perfect, and of course I didn't double check. So I had to invert the sub. I'll fix it come Christmas break.

I think this was either right after I resined the fleece or 1-2 layers of glass.

This is the back side, 5 layers of glass. Notice how I f-ed up with tons of bubbles. I ran out of resin at the last minute and tried to make it stretch. Obviously it didn't work too well.
This is the box with a tad bit of bondo. This is how it sits in the car with the other peice of the new floor. Once I get the other pics on you'll be able to tell exactly what I did back there.
