I ordered new seals from E-Bay from a place called A1 Auto and they installed very nicely. A few of the tab pins needed moving but as most fit I believe it's due to year to year changes, especially since these fit up to 1995 model year. The seals fit well and only stuck out oddly in a few spots. It seemed they just needed to conform to the door opening, so I used some blue masking tape to hold them where I wanted while I closed the door. THe next day, tape removed and the seals stayed where they should. Perfect! At the same time I also removed the door hinge pins and replaced the bushings. The originals are nylon and suck. The new brass ones should last much longer. I only took one pic after completion as I was too busy swearing at the time I was doing them. I did them alone and these doors are stupid heavy to try to remove, reinstall and adjust by yourself. The actual pin removal wasn't bad by itself. And for those wondering about the upper hinges, I did them on the vehicle so I didn't have to fight up in the dash. I unbolted the hinge at the door and removed the complete lower hinge. With the door off I had room to swing at the upper hinge pin. Careful smacks with my 4lb sledge and the pin came loose. Using my drift punch finished the removal. Reinstallation was easy. What was a major PITA was getting the door back on alone....Did I mention my driveway has a nasty slope to make things even harder????? Anyway, it's done now and my brother-in-law helped me later adjust the doors. Now they open and close like new, and the rattles are gone! It's SWEEET!!!!!
