    Exhaust System. 1 APR 2011
    The owner of Carla wants to upgrade her exhuast system. Right now she�is outfitted with a Magnaflow single exhaust system; He wants a dual. The aim was for the piping to be symmetrical on both sides, however when I took it to Midas,�we could not find out�the configuration to the muffler already installed. We were given two choices:

    New Lights. 18 APR 2011
    IPCW Bermuda Black Taillights. If once they are installed the owner says they arent dark enough, I'll buy a tint overlay, also known as "smoking" the lights...I always get�everything installed at the same time and make sure to pick up at night in order to see if there are any issues with the beamwidth to the pavement. More pics once they arrive and the deed is done! The awesome guys at Audio Tech in Lakewood got the lights all installed in less than a day! Here's the outcome:

    Another ChelsiaLaJefa 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo post...
    The pipes are skinnier than his old exhuast. They're 2 inches and his old one had 4 inch on it. I'll bring her back tomorrow and try to get some new pipes to go from the muffle to extend out.**16 APR 2011 [INSTALLED!!!]The owner says its perfect!     Another ChelsiaLaJefa 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo post...
    Front view with the lights on. Look at those pretty blue eyes she has!!! MISSION COMPLETE. :) Next Exterior upgrade: Rims.**29 MAR 2011So I was talking to the owner about a possible new set of rims. I showed him various rims that would stay with the black and red them of the vehicle and he chose the 2Crave Alloys No. 5 Rims. I would say this is step up from what he has on there now:

    Brakes.**29 MAR 2011**
    With all the future mods coming to the already supercharged engine, the owner was concerned about adding more braking power to Carla. I did some digging and found him an braking kit, however, the items in the kit did not meet his qualifications, so we're going to make a custom kit using the following components: Disc Italia Drilled/Slotted Rotors

    Braking Kit Components. 16 APR 2011
    Hawk Street Performance Pads. These will serve as extra ones for the front as they wear on; the calipers came fully loaded. Good ridge G-Stop Brakeline Kit. The majority of these parts are OEM based so they should all fit together rather nicely. We'll see once the installation is done... Took it to the local Midas who fitted them on for me while a major maintenance was performed ( changing out front wheel assembly). everything fit together like it was made for each other. Kinda pricey, but in actuality its totally worth it. I really love the way the kit�turned out! :)

    The red caliper really sets off the black rims; Imagine when we put on those 2 Crave ones on after we take these Player ones off.
