The 1999 S/R had different equipment than the 2000 S/R. All 1999 S/R's were Zinc Yellow, where the 2000 S/R's were available in Zinc Yellow, Bright Red, and Black.
The Roush intake was a 1999 exclusive, while the 2000's had an Iceman Intake, blue painted valve cover, different 15" wheels, interior and steering wheel trim, and a "Zetec S/R" graphic on the doors. Few 1999 S/R's came with fog lights and rear spoiler, where all 2000 S/R's have them.
