1995 Eclipse GST rocking the original 7 bolt. Full on talon conversion, full bolt-ons. ARP headstuds, fel-pro composite hg. Tuned with DSM-Link v3. Picked this DSM up for 1100$ with a blown headgasket and drove it home in limp mode.Immediatly proceeded to pull the engine, have the head worked, and install arps/new gaskets all around. Then started the talon conversion. Looking to hit 11's with this car so I am planning doing an awd conversion. Preferably auto, the DSM auto transmission is effing bullet-proof. English racing has proved low 11s/high 10s are possible with a stock auto trans with just a line pressure mod. So Far I have gotten in dynoed once in the summer of 2011, 286 WHP, 244 FT/LBs Torque. Since then I have fixed some boost leaks, re-wired the fuel pump, and a few other misc upgrades. Estimate she is pushing around 300-315 whp. Ran down Steele 1/4th to 12.879 @ 114 mph. Yeah the 60 ft sucked. Hopefully once I get my fuel system overhauled and max out the 16g I can get some low 12s/11s. Future Plans would include a full wire tuck fuse box relocation to firewall. Relocate Coils and Ignitor to firewall. Custom Sparkplug cover. Futher weight reduction. MR2 Electric Powersteering. AWD Swap, Finish the talon conversion. Still need 2ga skirts, and 2gb talon bumper that isnt beat to shit. Still undecided about paint. I would like to have working ac again one day as well. Getting her Clean Back home after getting her cleaned up.
