This page is dedicated to the restomod of my 1958 Chevy SWB Fleetside. Here are a few pics of the beginning steps of the restoration.

The truck is sitting on air bags in the front. This first pic is with the bags about half way up.

Here is the truck pretty much the way I bought it. The exterior is mostly stock with a custom tube grill. The door handles were removed and Bear Claw door popers were installed. The next step will be shaving the handle holes.

Here is a pic of the roll pan after I welded it in. You can see the dual Flowmaster mufflers, and the chromed Z-28 tips exiting through the rollpan.

Here you can see the rear disk brakes attached to the Posi-rearend out of a '89 Iroc. I am trying to fabricate the rear shock mounts, which is going to be a little difficult with the rear sway-bar installed. I found a set of rear shocks that are made for RV's, that should be the correct length.

I love the progress that you've done on your truck. I love the stance and love the way it sits/looks with the vette wheels, Nice!!!! Your are here in AZ, right? Can you tell me if your bag set up is a direct bolt/weld in for your truck or if you have done a say, "custom fit" for it? thxs, luis ltorres1@cox.net

Hello I really like the mods you've done to your truck. I was thinking about making mine a 55 (because I also have a 55 210), but now I thinking of keeping it a 58. Check out my site

You picked my favourite year. I love those original fleetsides. Looks like you are building a really clean truck. I love the shaved firewall look. What kind of brake booster are you going to use and where did you install it? You planning on bagging it? Your truck would look stellar all layed out. Hope the move went well, Love the truck and I will be back for updates
