THE ENGINE IS A '74 455 BLOCK, WITH '71 #96 D-PORT HEADS. THE HEADS ARE PORTED TO FLOW 240cfm@28". THE CAM IS A CUSTOM GRIND FROM COMP CAMS,GROUND FOR THIS COMBINATION. LIFT IS .565/.552, with 236/243 @.050. FACTORY "N" CRANK, H BEAM RODS AND TRW FORGED PISTONS. PUSHRODS, GUIDE PLATES, STUDS, AND SPRINGS ARE COMP CAMS. THE ROCKER ARMS ARE CROWER STAINLESS. IT USES COMP CAMS 10 DEGREE RETAINERS, & LOCKS WITH LASH CAPS. THE STUD GIRDLES, & VALLEY PAN ARE FROM KAUFFMAN RACING EQUIPMENT. THE TIMING SET IS A TRUE ROLLER WITH BILLET GEARS, AND A SIMS ROLLER THRUST PLATE. AN 850 DEMON SITS ON TOP OF A WARRIOR SINGLE PLANE, AND ALTERNATES WITH AN EARLY WENZLER TUNNEL RAM. THE VALVE COVERS ARE "100% PURE INJUN" FROM DCI MOTORSPORTS. THE CAR HAS '69-'72 DISC BRAKES, NARROWED CURRIE 9" REAR WITH DISC BRAKES, 3.73 GEARS, AND AIR LIFT BAGS WITH ONBOARD COMPRESSOR. THE SHIFTER IS A HURST QUARTER STICK WITH BILLET PISTOL GRIP.

Wow! All this and now GM dissavows any knowledge of Pontiac. Bummer Great work thought! Can't wait till this one is completed....But then again, these projects really never are ....done.....are they?
