This is my first time ever trying to restore an old car. I picked this car because I like the fact that there are not verry many cars like this one that are still in running condition. So I decided to put some time and money into I hope I maid the right decisionin picking this car.

This car is going to be a on going project which will probaly take a few years to complete because when i am finished restoring it I will p[robaly lower it and maby add an audieo system or even shave it, but you never know the posabilitys are endless.

This is a picture the rear quarter pannel that I fixed the hole was pretty bad but I welded a new ptch pannel in and put a skim of bonds over it and this is the result. What do you think. Not bad for a first timer if I do say so myself

This is a picture of a hole that i fixed in the trunk it was only small but when i welded it up i decided to rockgard it that is why it is black

This is a picture of my car side on. There was some surface rust on the rocker pannels and the bottem of the doors so I cut it all out and welded new metal in then I put a skin of body fill on over then I rock garded it. There is still some rust under the door handel but I am in the process of fixing that. What do you think of it so far.

Soon I will be finished of all the body work then I will be ready for a paint job. I was thinking fo painting it the same colour because the paint on it now is the original paint and I think it is a nice colour for this kind of car.

this is a picture of the frunt of my car WHAT A BEAST.

I was planing on geting the frunt moldings and the grill chrome dipped because it is tarnished real bad. But i havent decided on it yet.

This is a picture of the rear of my car you can see that the trunk lid has a bit of work done to it. There was some rust there so I cut it out and welded some new metal in and put some body fill over it and this is the end result.

This is a picture of the rims that I baught today I hope they look as good on the car as I picthued them in my head when i baught them.

Did you ever get the rims mounted? Those appear to be 14 inch 7 spoke roms from a Ford Tempo. I'm wondering if the offset was ok.
