thanks for the help man i got one more question for you, how did you pop the stock fenders out like how you had them to make it look wider?
just had to take the plastic bolt things out of the bottom of the side skirts, open the door and tug on the front skirt. it'll pop out towards you about 3-4 inches but wont fully come off unless you take your rear quarter panel off. once you pop the skirt out a bit you've gotta loosen the bolts of your fender that are covered up by the hood. theres also a big screw hiding behind the little black piece thats next to the mirror. you'll need a star shaped screw driver to get the little black piece off. once its all loosened up the fender and the skirts are kinda hooked together so you just need to shift the fender left or right unitil it comes loose. once they are unhooked you can pop the skirt back in and the fender will rest on the skirt, if you want them to fit even a little wider then i put a piece of about an inch or two thick so that it pushes the fender up/out a little more. the fender gap/wood looks pre tacky tho just too warn you so i'd recommend trying some fiberglass or something. your hood might have a little more of a gap from the top of the fender too once you tighten them down. if you wanna do it right id say buy a couple salvage fenders and just paint the black and the do some cutting/bondo or fiberglass your fenders on top of the salvage fenders. my bondo did crack a bit tho on my f1 fenders
thanks man and also did you buy the blacked out emblems or do it your self? think you can help me out with where you got them or how you did it
Ya I'm not a fan of the faded red emblems either haha. I did my own just cuz I didn't wanna spend like $50 or how ever much they cost. All you need is some black spray paint. Spray it into the cap, then a rly small brush to get the majority and then I dipped a tooth pick into the paint to get the rly skinny parts. Its lasted well over a year even tho now I only have one emblem ever since I got the d-tek front bumper/made my f1 fenders
Can you give me the links to where you got your tail lights and head lights for your saturn?
Hey man nice saturn, check out my ride sometime, i was wondering if you or anyone else knew if a 2001 saturn s-series interior fit in our 99'
Thanks man, technically the 99 and 01 are the same gen they just did a refresher year. A lot of the dimensions for things are the same or very similar, like my bumper is meant for 01 and up but it almost lines up perfectly. The refresher wad mostly to the outside of the car so I'm sure seats would fit. Door panelling/dash ehh idk about that
nice saturn how did u do the trunk id like to do that to mine come check mine out
