This is my GTi, which had a Semi-race transmission setup/gearbox by ABD, til I blew it that is, now a new one is in, K&N filters, Neuspeed upper strut bar, Neuspeed short shift kit, and solid shifter, .268 oversize camshaft, Rapid Racing covers, dynomax cat-back exhaust, sparco aluminum racing pedals, momo steering wheel, stock recaro seats, bilstein shocks, H & R springs, clear side lights and front blinkers, Blaupunkt cd player, and of course a radar detector...with more pics and more mods to come...!!
This is the front of my car with Nokya blue bulbs (which are now removed) custom Pilot fog lights with a halo/angel eye feature, which I ran directly to the battery, so the car does not need to be on, which looks pretty sweet at dusk, with just the fogs on, and is kinda fun on the highway at night, sneaking up behind people. The three holes in the bumper are NOT for a cold air intake, but rather for a customized oil cooler. Also the GTI badge on the grill is a nice touch.
My 16" BBS RX rims with kumho 712 ecsta low profile tires, and black painted calipers with my cross-drilled and slotted rotors. I have had the rims for almost two years now and have bent one of them, due to a pot hole in the spring, gotta love new england!
A couple pics from the Maine Forest Rally-04', which we go to every year...here is my dad's 88 Starion which has many modifications to it, including a bigger turbo setup and exhaust, ACT Clutch and more...it's immaculate, 40,000 miles on it....Then is a focus SVT, my GTi, my cousins Supra, also with a bigger turbo and exhaust setup, and my buddies EVO, again includes engine mods...
