How to change a wheel stud
Follow the instructions from this page to remove your brakes and rotor

When your wheel looks like the last picture you can bang out the stud on the open side with a hammer then put the new one in.
To install the new one put your rotor back on put the studs in the hole and tighten the lug nut with a few washers to pull the stud into place. Once the studs are in place jut put the calipers and pads back on and your done.
