I've been doing a lot of research the past few weeks to find out which would be the best bulbs for my Max and I decided to share my findings. Please let me know what you think. Thanks
Here is the setup I chose.
PIAA Super Plasma H4 Headlights
PIAA Xtreme White H3 55W - Fogs (55W is important because if its higher you will burn out the lense and the wires)
PIAA Xtreme White 1157 - Parking Lights
PIAA Ion Crystal 168 - Front Sidemarkers - (Not on car anymore)
Changed them for AMBER LEDs.
Polarg Red 168 - Rear Sidemarkers(Not on car anymore)
Changed them for RED LEDs.

One of the cheapest sites to buy PIAA bulbs that I found is optauto.com
Fog Light bulb installation - how-to

I had purchased two separate pair of H3s for my fogs because I wanted to compare them. I bought the XD5 Super White 5800K from Globalpremier.com and the PIAA Xtreme White 4150K from Optauto.com
Heres a pic of them side by side.
From the looks of it the PIAAs are a little brighter but the XD5s come really close, not bad for $.
I chose to go with the Xtreme's

Side by Side comparison to Stock
The Xtreme White fogs are really white.
The Super Plasmas are purplish compared to the Xtremes.

Polarg Red Bulbs The look pink compared to LEDs

I bought a pair of red leds from autolumination.com to compair them. They are not as bright as the Polargs but they look red not pink. Since they match the tail lights better I left them in.

NEW MOD
Stealth Running lamps
The bulbs didn't really match so I disabled them by covering one of the nubs with electrical tape. The turn signals still work and everything. Once the forums come back up I will post a link to the mod.

STEALTH Running Lamps(FREE Mod)Thanks to IceY2K1
Eliminates the AMBER running lamp filament on the 1157 bulb used for a 2K-2K1 headlamp, but still uses the blinker filament. This mod makes the headlamps only produce white light until the blinker is activated, which looks better in my opinion especially with clear front corners.
1)Remove the bulb/socket from the headlamp housing.
2)Remove the bulb from the socket.
3)Place SMALL piece of black electrical tape over ONE "knub"(small contact on bottom of bulb).
4)Reinstall bulb into the socket.
5)Turn on hazards(or blinker with keys in ignition). If it flashes reinstall bulb/socket into the headlamp housing, if not, remove bulb from the socket and move the electrical tape to the other "knub".
Lamin-X Yellow Film for Fogs
I ordered the "2 Medium Fog size - Yellow 7" x 8" " from http://www.lamin-x.com/ColoredFilms.html
I took my fogs out and covered them with the yellow film today. I am kind of disappointed with the output. They don't look that yellow to me. It might be that I have the PIAA Xtreme White fogs and they are more whitish/blue with no yellow. I'm going to try my stock bulbs next. If that doesn't work. I'm thinking that the PIAA ions might do the trick. Note the yellow comparison to my sidemarkers that are PIAA Ions.

I swapped out the Xtreme Whites for the stock bulbs. I noticed a big difference, now they look more like yellow fogs. Here are some pics
Left are the Xtreme Whites and Right are the Stock bulbs, both have the film on

Both Stock Bulbs in
