Jan 24th, 2012 - installed new torque solution polyurethane rear and front mounts, well worth the 180 spent and 2hrs of time (rear mount taking most of the time to do). Definitely feel much better acceleration off the line and barely any wheel hop if any at all, and amazing shifting. Soon to come will be a CAI, DP w/o cat, and some intercooler piping, with a new tune to 28psi :) should be hitting about 310whp, dyno sheets will be up shortly when the mods are done.

 *under construction* ;D

Mar 5th, 2012 - some pics of the new brakes and rotors, have them installed, just no pics yet. these things stop on a dime and were dirt cheap, only one other place i saw had the cross drilled and slotted rotors for me and they were just for the front, and they were 500 just for the pair. i got these for 520 all together, definitely a steal and so far so good! Next will be the intercooler, IC piping, CAI, and catless DP with a 28psi tune. should be about 320whp and 380wtq.....eating vettes all day!

installed the downpipe, pretty easy if you have like a 18" extension and 1/2" drive......gotta unbolt the manifold bolts first tho so you can reach the top bolt on the exhaust flange. took about an hour. and no CEL's without the cats, turboXS 3" downpipe.......and this is my new hahn intercooler, painting it black so that i can do a white SS badge on the front ;) more pics to come

new forge diverter valve, gives off such a louder blowoff sound and comes with two springs, one for 20lbs of boost and lower, or one for higher boost apps. and on the right, my hahn CAI, spools up the turbo so much better and sounds amazing with the downpipe :D

during the install of the new hahn intercooler, its mean muggin all painted black looking clean :D also installed was the hahan charge piping, everything was relatively easy to install except the cold charge pipe, the sensor and hose was a bit of a pain in the ass, but me doing this all by myself only took about 5hrs from start to finish. now just for the new tune and dyno this friday :)

got boost?

final dyno numbers and just showing off the boost gauge :D

ang so i just got an ss and installed injen cai and upper intercooler piping so your mods raised your torque significantly instead of the hp....?

yes, our engines are torque monsters, and torque is what gets you to accelerate so quickly, they still put out pretty decent power for how little they weigh so its still good, once i get my transmission replaced and get some slicks for my racing wheels i should be high 12s easy with this thing. congrats on the new ride, truly is the best bang for your buck. even to this day.
