Now, you'll need to remove the intake cam, so what you'll need is: 10mm Socket, 10mm wrench, and a rubber mallet. Assuming you have the timing belt off already (mine snapped), things will be a lot easier on you. Now, I will explain how to do the cam gear: The stock intake cam gear will work just fine, but you need to modify it.If you'll look in the above pictures *Crappy cell pic alert!!* You'll see I show you where the stock intake tick is at. You won't use that anymore. Count 21 teeth CLOCKWISE from the intake tick which should be 6 past the Exhaust tick. Make a mark/notch because that is your new TDC for the new E-cam mod. (I know I'm holding my thumb on the 5th past the E tick, but I got it wrong and had to correct it on the spot)You'll also need to remove the timing plate (Backside of the cams, between the gears and the head) with 6 10mm bolts, 2 on each cam gear, and 2 above the timing tensioners. NOW.... to remove it!
