deepstage's 1992 Chevrolet Camaro Here is a pic of me with my car, at 17, I think.
deepstage's 1992 Chevrolet Camaro Here is a rear shot of the RS, which I salvaged from the boneyard. I worked on the car for roughly two years. I had to replace the driver side door, front nose piece, front GFX, and fix the passenger side quarter panel. The car was painted by my dad and his partner, with the factory Bright Red, and custom black stripes. I also picked up a set of Weld Draglites for it as well.

Here you can see the custom stripes better.

deepstage's 1992 Chevrolet Camaro I custom made the hood, because at the time I didnt have the funds for a new one. Anyway I used a '67 Camaro Cowl, cut and welded to a new flat hood.

305 TBI, Ultimate TBI mods, all emmisons and ac (not pictured)removed. Hedman headers to a single 3" pipe, with 3" Flowmaster Delta Force 40. 700R4 runs into a 3.42 open carrier (for now anyway). Also in the pic you can see the homemade Strut tower brace, I've (well actually I should say Ben and I) also made my own Sub frame connectors, Wonderbar, and boxed in the LCA's and Panhard bar.

deepstage's 1992 Chevrolet Camaro Interior is relatively stock, with only minor mods. Red Grant steering wheel, custom painted accents (which I've grown to hate) JVC cd player, kenwood equalizer, JBL 600.1 amp, 2 12" Alpine type E's.

Are the TBI mods worth it? I'm still stuck between switching to TPI or just trying to upgrade my TBI. What do you think? By the way, nice ride. I like the stripes a lot.

And also, I just looked at your thermostat housing. That's how mine was before it cracked. Stupid autozone sold me some crap and then some plugs and I needed the car to be in running condition. They pulled it up on their computer and then the guy checked years 91 and 90 and they all have the same one. Look on page two. Needless to say the guy basically said i was a car fool and didn't know what year I had.
